Browsing this website means you accept these terms. If you commission an advisory engagement, they also apply to it together with the written confirmation of that specific engagement, which prevails if the two ever disagree.

Sigma provides independent consulting and technical direction for camper conversion projects, premium vehicle acquisition, homologation and compliance planning, supplier coordination, workshop consulting and automotive digital marketing.

Services are delivered remotely, worldwide, in English or Spanish. Sigma advises and directs; it does not build vehicles, does not issue homologation approvals and does not act as a dealer or as an authorised representative before an authority unless a specific engagement says so in writing.

Every engagement starts from a briefing. Sigma then confirms scope, deliverables, duration and fee in writing. No work starts, and no fee is due, before you accept that confirmation.

Fees are quoted per engagement in the currency stated in the confirmation and, unless the confirmation says otherwise, are payable in advance of the first session. Prices published on this website, if any, exclude taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

A scheduled session can be moved once at no cost if you tell us at least 48 hours in advance. With less notice, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as delivered.

You may cancel an engagement that has not started and receive a full refund. Once work has started, the amount already delivered is invoiced and any remaining balance is refunded.

If Sigma cannot deliver a confirmed engagement, you are offered a new date or a full refund of the amount not delivered.

That the information you give us about the vehicle, the project or the workshop is accurate and complete, and that you hold the rights over any material you send.

Advisory output supports your decision, it does not replace it. Purchases, contracts with suppliers, technical execution and regulatory filings remain your decision and your responsibility.

Sigma commits to method, criteria and diligence, not to a specific commercial result, budget figure or approval decision. Homologation and compliance outcomes depend on the competent authority and on the execution carried out by third parties.

Where a project requires a certified engineering opinion, a legal opinion or an accredited inspection, Sigma will say so and the corresponding specialist must be engaged separately.

The name Sigma Custom Solutions, its symbol, the texts of this website and the documents produced during an engagement belong to Sigma. You receive the right to use the deliverables of your engagement internally, for the project they were produced for.

Reproduction, redistribution or resale of the website or of any deliverable requires written authorisation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sigma's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and Sigma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, loss of opportunity or delay caused by third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
